Orders & Downloads

How do I receive my download after purchase?

Immediately after your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email with your download link. The link is also available on the order confirmation page. Please check your spam/junk folder if you do not see it within a few minutes.

What file formats are included?

Most products are delivered as a ZIP bundle containing one or more PDF files and a README.txt with usage instructions. PDF files can be opened on any device using a free PDF reader (Adobe Acrobat Reader, Preview on Mac, or any browser).

How long is my download link valid?

Download links do not expire. You can re-download your files at any time from your order confirmation email.

I did not receive my download link. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, email us at zephito59@gmail.com with your order number and we will resend the link promptly.

Can I use the files on multiple devices?

Yes. Your personal license allows you to use the downloaded files on your own devices (phone, tablet, laptop, desktop). The files are not locked to a single device.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe
• PayPal
• Bank transfer (IBAN)

All prices are displayed in USD.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe and PayPal, both PCI DSS-compliant providers. We never store your full card details.

Refunds & Returns

Can I get a refund?

Because our products are instant digital downloads, all sales are generally final once the file has been delivered. However, we do offer full refunds if the file is corrupted, undelivered, or materially different from the description. See our Refund Policy for full details.

How do I request a refund?

Email us at zephito59@gmail.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days.

Licensing & Usage

Can I share the files with others?

No. Each purchase grants a personal, non-transferable license for your own use only. Sharing, reselling, or redistributing the files is not permitted under our Terms of Service.

Can I print the PDFs?

Yes. All our PDF products are designed for both digital use (GoodNotes, Notability, tablets) and standard A4 printing.
